1. What Seyrio Provides

Seyrio is a travel personalization app that helps users create a traveller profile and receive city, area, and recommendation suggestions based on their preferences, travel style, and app inputs. Seyrio may provide personalized recommendations, city insights, area suggestions, places to see, things to do, food-related suggestions, planning cues, and other travel-related content. Seyrio is designed as an informational and planning-support tool. It does not replace your own judgment, live local information, professional advice, official travel guidance, local laws, transport schedules, safety notices, venue rules, weather conditions, or booking confirmations.

2. Account Registration and Security

Some parts of Seyrio may require you to create an account or sign in using supported authentication methods. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date where applicable. You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use another user’s account without permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Seyrio or our related services. You must not: • use Seyrio for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes; • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, accounts, or infrastructure; • interfere with or disrupt the performance, security, or availability of Seyrio; • scrape, copy, harvest, or extract content or data from Seyrio except where expressly permitted by us; • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app or services except where permitted by law; • upload or transmit malware, malicious code, spam, or harmful content; • abuse authentication, referral, subscription, entitlement, or account systems; • use Seyrio in a way that infringes the rights of AI GENERATED LIMITED, other users, or third parties. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or if necessary to protect Seyrio, our users, or our business.

4. Traveller Profiles and Recommendations

Seyrio uses your inputs, preferences, traveller profile answers, selected city or guide context, and app activity to generate or display personalized travel recommendations. Recommendations may be based on curated data, automated scoring, editorial logic, third-party information, or AI-assisted content workflows. Although we aim to provide useful and thoughtful recommendations, we do not guarantee that any recommendation will be accurate, complete, available, safe, suitable, current, or appropriate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it, including but not limited to: opening hours, prices, transport availability, local laws and rules, visa/entry/health/safety requirements, weather and environmental conditions, accessibility, booking requirements, venue restrictions, neighbourhood safety, and travel advisories. You remain responsible for your own travel decisions and actions.

5. No Emergency, Safety, Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice

Seyrio does not provide emergency assistance, safety guarantees, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or official travel advice. If you are in danger or need urgent assistance, contact local emergency services or the relevant authorities.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

Seyrio may display or link to third-party services, websites, maps, booking platforms, venues, transportation providers, or other external resources. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, pricing, safety, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

7. User Content and Inputs

You may provide information to Seyrio, including traveller profile answers, account information, messages, preferences, or other inputs. You are responsible for the information you provide. You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful. You grant AI GENERATED LIMITED a limited right to process your inputs as necessary to provide, personalize, maintain, secure, and improve Seyrio, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain any rights you have in your own content, but you acknowledge that traveller profile answers and app inputs may be used to generate personalized recommendations, snapshots, and app experiences.

8. Intellectual Property

Seyrio, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interface, recommendation structures, scoring logic, databases, content, and other materials, is owned by AI GENERATED LIMITED or its licensors. You may use Seyrio only for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, extract, or commercially exploit any part of Seyrio or our content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Seyrio at any time. We do not guarantee that Seyrio will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs. We may change recommendations, supported cities, features, pricing, access rules, or content availability over time.

10. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Paid Features

Seyrio may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases in the future. Where purchases are made through Apple’s App Store, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Unless required by law or handled by the relevant app store, fees may be non-refundable once paid.

11. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your Seyrio account from within the app where this feature is available. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for us or others, or where required by law. Account deletion and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

Seyrio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and suitability for travel planning decisions. We do not guarantee that Seyrio’s recommendations, AI-assisted outputs, city data, or travel content will be complete, current, safe, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI GENERATED LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, travel costs, bookings, or anticipated savings. We are not responsible for losses arising from: reliance on travel recommendations or app content; inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or incomplete third-party information; changes to venue availability, prices, routes, opening hours, safety conditions, or local rules; travel disruption, missed bookings, cancellations, delays, or safety incidents; unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account; or service interruptions, bugs, or technical failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI GENERATED LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Seyrio, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
